Pathetic service from @blinkitcares ! I got a melted ice cream, reported it immediately, and was told to wait for pickup. The rider came 30 minutes later, so I had to throw it away. Now Blinkit is denying my refund because I couldn't return a ruined product. Unacceptable #blinkit

Absolutely disgusted with @Swiggy. Two days in a row, my orders were delayed for hours and then cancelled. Taking money and wasting customers’ time is unacceptable. A generic apology doesn’t fix this. Do better. #Swiggy #CustomerExperience #WorstService @SwiggyCares @zomato
