We just put out airlines no if booking from agent or third party and points are credited then why not in Accor?

I want to ask i have already registered on your website but when I am selecting transfer points from my icici card app it is still showing 1:1 ratio whereas it should show 40% extra as i have 75230 icici reward points. Will points be increased later?
