@AJIOLife I have dropped in repeated emails stating the exact issue again and again and again, I can't emphasize any further - IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH.
I urge you to read the emails properly - please read the exact issue, get the product picked up and refund my money.
@AJIOLife I have been following up relentlessly for over a month now.
Every time that I follow up, I get a response saying that I will receive a response within 48 hours. Can you please look into this - get the product picked up and initiate a refund for God's sake?
@AJIOLife It's not a small amount, I would expect a brand like Ajio to understand this as basics. Are you really expecting a customer to not get worked up when their money is not being refunded for over a month over a mistake that both the parties are equally responsible for?
@AJIOLife Don't you think it's only basic for you to respect that and make arrangements to get the actual product picked up and initiate a refund after your screening process. I have been chasing the team for over a month!
@AJIOLife No, I don't even think you're reading the concern that has been raised. First of all, both were Ajio products. Secondly, if your delivery boy also took the product without checking the product details - it's an honest mistake from both the ends
@AJIOLife It's been another 5 days! You're continuing to cause this inconvenience as you are refusing to provide any help despite all the delays & errors caused at your end.
Please be ashamed of your incompetent approach, pick the product up and refund me my due amount.
@AJIOLife Sure, I'm doing this right away. However, I raised this query on 4th August and I've been waiting for a final resolution ever since. Looking forward to a speedy closure.
@amazonIN I've been calling your customer service almost every alternative day for 2 weeks now with the hope that you're going to sort my issue - the SAME issue.
I really don't need these random mindless calls where people think it's okay to call another individual, say whatever the fuck they want and then cut the call. @CapitalFloat
@CapitalFloat One of your customer care executives just called me for some update which we could never get around because he cut my call after being called out for not even caring about least trying to read my name correctly.
Opposed to which he said "aapka naam hi itna ajeeb hai."
LOL but like guys, I think your team has clearly forgotten what "support" or "care" in Customer Care Support means. @CapitalFloat
@AmazonHelp With you asking me to specify my issue again despite having outlined all of it through multiple tweets over actually pulling out my account details just shows that you're not really trying to help.
I request you to please look into the matter genuinely and resolve it for me.
@AmazonHelp Despite having called up the Customer Care help line at least 5-7 times within a span of two weeks, the issue has still not been resolved.
I have posted an entire thread of comments with what went wrong. Can you at least pull out my account details to see it for yourself?
