@NickjoNJ Just like Lebron, MJ, or any black outspoken superstar anything, ya'll be hatin. Nothing but love for the haters though. Keeps us fueled for the cause.
@TheNBACentral There is plenty motivation to show USA basketball is still the best basketball it just may not be nationalism because of how minorities get treated. Bare in mind in terms of basketball skill, IQ, and execution, the rest of the world has caught up.
@stephenasmith That was the best commentary I have ever seen you do. You're a champion with that commentary. Almost as inspirational as Giannis's performance. Thank you @stephenasmith.
@HeadlineZooo@RealSkipBayless@NBA@celtics Uh inaccurate. All those teams were great. A fair comparison is placing today players with yesterday's training and abilities in that era or move those same teams today with inflation for training and abilities. Good Lawd. Can't imagine them today.
@DepressedNets Batman and Robin isn't the right comparison. Batman and Superman is more like it. Freethrows is Gianni's kryptonite. Although Khris is a mere human, he has all the tools, gadgets, and quiet leadership to drop MVP type moments to help carry the team to victory.
@utjaybird @RichardGaIIina @BigCatJohnson@dfyooks @YAnunoby This isn't a conversation if it were white coaches. That's the point. That's privilege. Denying it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. With all due respect look at the ratios of white male to everyone else in coaching. Tell me is was all merit or right fit.
@RichardGaIIina @BigCatJohnson@dfyooks @YAnunoby Unfortunately white guys while will find it difficult to make a point to it being based on merit when most of the jobs go to white males. Sucks don't it. Having to prove yourself beyond color of your skin.
@dfyooks @YAnunoby That was not a culturally positive response. It comes off as someone who thinks white and male is the standard all should be measured by even if unintentional.
