In social studies we are working on an Ancient Greece map. We started by drawing grid lines so we could scale up a small map, and then we outlined, marked cities, and colored in the land and water as well as drawing a compass. Below is a student's map in progress. #socialstudies
Nightbooks @jawhitebooks
Prabhgun from the nightbooks book club states "This book is about a boy who gets trapped in a magical apartment by a witch named Natacha and how he escapes. I think it's very interesting because it shows how people have to suffer to live."
We are doing book club groups with the genre being either fantasy or sci-fi. This is our 3rd book club group with each one having a different genre focus. Here's what two groups have to say about their books.
Mastermind @gordonkorman
"I like how it has a lot of twists and turns and how there is always something to keep the plot going." says Henry, a student from the Mastermind book club group.
