@Lilywhite_Rose Just a thought, but if he was interim, given everything you rightly stated - He would rely on a younger coach(s), perhaps (Hetinga? Cochrane? etc.) He would be there as a figurehead to motivate, select the teams, keep it simple. It's unlikely, but think it could work like that
