Great first meet of the year by our XC teams at Norwell this morning led by Emerson Sewelin who lowered his time from last year by almost 3 minutes and took 15th place overall. Everyone competed and ran hard! Guys finished as a team in 9th place and the girls took 5th. #RBT

@CoachAbbs My grandpa, a bronze star recipient, took a couple mothers back to Vietnam in the early 2000’s to visit the sites of their son’s deaths. All part of a program associated with Gold Star families. Most of us could never imagine needing such closure.
