Well done to Ronan Ludden manager, Mathew and Davey U19 footballers who hosted the EGB Lotto this week.
Numbers 12 16 17 and 27.
What a debut for a mayo man, Ronan. He will give Ryan Tubbridy a run for it.#lotto#winning@WeAreClubforce
@MsACMoore It would be quite the ambitious crossover. Let me run it by our legal team to get it off the ground, I'd imagine the other departments will have qualms about a Super-Department merging ๐
@MsACMoore@KevinDowling19 In about a year we'll be tracing your addiction back to your monster second guess there... Four green on guess 2 is the dream! Welcome aboard ๐ฅ
12/ "Did you know that if you double click the white flag symbol you automatically win the game?"
One student trying a new, (slightly immoral) tactic to win his game. Luckily, his opponent was wise to his mind games.
Introducing students to chess and hearing some of their reactions to the game has been one of the most amusing/chaotic things I've done as a teacher. 10/10 would recommend.
A thread.
11/ "I think my King has done more steps than me today."
This student's opponent was up about 20 points of material, but was taking the scenic route in delivering a checkmate. As a result the opposition King's fitbit was clocking up record numbers.

Would like to thank the Statistics page on each #Wordle puzzle in advance for planning my future Statistics revision classes.
Percentages? Line graphs? Mean, mode, and median from a grouped frequency chart? Shape of distribution? Standard deviation?
So. Many. Possibilities.
Every time the Probability chapter is introduced, I'm always faced with the misunderstanding that "Since there's two outcomes (either I win or I don't), my chances of winning HAVE to be 50-50."
Today, I will be wholeheartedly subscribing to this train of thought.
