@eboland11 Boone would still be ripped in this situation if it didn’t work out. There’s a default to say Boone made a mistake. Cora is a known cheater anyway so screw him.
@DCamp12@eboland11 If Boone did something like this Yankee fans would be up in arms. They just want to pin something on someone other than the players.
@CMacWFAN Totally agree. Such Monday morning qbs. If fried stays in the game and blows it, all these idiots are still crying about Boone saying he shoulda taken him out based on the analytics we use. They just need a scapegoat and it’s Boone.
@CMacWFAN It’s exhausting enough rooting for a team to win and be happy. Now I’m rooting for my team to lose and if they don’t I’m gonna be pissed? Not worth time or energy for me. Unless it guaranteed success or something. Which it doesn’t.
@CMacWFAN Not necessarily pleased on the win but not gonna actively root for my team to LOSE for a “potential” great pick that can make team “potentially” good. Not fun as a sports fan to me and not tangible enough. I’d rather be indifferent at this point and see where the chips fall
Yankee stadium is blasting New York New York by Frank Sinatra. What do we have to do to stop this? How could you possibly play THE YANKEES WIN SONG as the Dodgers celebrate eliminating the Yankees on the field?
@BarstoolHubbs Fair. I agree that they need him to step up. I just think “ruining his legacy” may be a tad harsh. I love the guy and him being the face of yanks, breaking records. Just think we should be in his corner a little more.
