@mrsrsquires @PaulGarvey4 It’s a great question. I believe it’s going to be at least December pay for us, alongside performance management increases. I think the wider question is: Why does it take this long in the public sector to action a payrise? Private sector payrises are almost immediate.

@Ofstednews Language used in Ofsted reports is negative and not supportive. If students reports were written with such critqué, Ofsted would be the first to annhilate schools. Inspectors often arrive with an agenda and do not come to WORK with schools to improve. Just to chastise. #Ofsted
