@quantkaks First shot of the bag is pulled over cold water to learn the flavors. Then try hot and notice how the flavor changes as the drink cools.
I find it more enjoyable when you have something to look for and the caffeine will come as a pleasant side effect.

@quantkaks Americano is best. Skip the carbs from milk to maintain focus.
Adding water before hand will help dilute the stronger flavors. I prefer a bit more water than espresso so I have enough liquid to sip.
