@DavidJHuber@UConnMBB@DavidJHuber that was a great game. My son Landon Moore plays for Butler and we were at the game. Iβm a high school principal in Illinois and wish you the best of luck the rest of the school year!

Very entertained, especially by the guy in that picture
Per KenPom, Landon Moore was the MVP of Butlerβs game vs Marquette last night
Lando stepped up big after DJ Davis got into foul trouble. Moore dropped 14 points & drew 5 fouls to help Butler pull off the upset! Huge game by the sophomore Dawg! #DawgsOnly @Land0Moore πΆπ
This job can be a roller coaster at times, but Iβm lucky to have five people in my corner who help remedy the motion sickness. Thank you, @MrMooreBHS, @CourtneyPMarks, @Mr_Psyken, Patty Carmitchel, and Sally Kelly!
I think the arrival of Posh Alexander has somewhat overshadowed Landon Moore. So Iβm here to tell you that Lando is a baller!
As a freshman at St. Francis (PA) he averaged 13.1 PPG, 3.6 APG, 2.8 RPG and shot 36% from 3PT
In 3 games vs P6 teams last year he averaged 15 PPG, 3.7 APG, and shot 35% from 3PT
Lando was somewhat a βvictimβ of COVID-19 & the rise of the transfer portal during his recruitment out of high school. His high school season was shortened (less recruiting) and there were less scholarships available to high school recruits due to college players using their extra COVID year & scholarships used by transfers. So the high major offers werenβt there. But he more than proved he can play at a P6 level last year!
With 3 years of eligibility left, I look forward to watching Lando grow and lead the Dawgs for the next few years! #ButlerWay #DawgsOnly πΆπ @Land0Moore

Opening day does not equate to page one of the math textbook. Intentionally focus on developing trust, routines, and relationships the first several days. Go slow to go fast.
π£οΈ Discipline, camaraderie, good sportsmanship, and Raider Pride were some attributes D87 Athletic Director Tony Bauman spoke about to his fall athletes during their fall kickoff grill-out.
π Good luck, have a great season, and show off that Raider Pride on and off the field!π
