This week I witnessed the future of mesh removal surgery - complete TVT removal (robot assisted) performed by @urosurg7 - the visuals were amazing - got every shred of mesh out and did sub-urethral dissection without a vaginal incision. Flexi scope of urethra after - pristine! 👏
