We do not have the numbers to cover everything...we will have to rely on foreign people to fill the gaps...we need the experience of teachers especially old ones...what's the point of taking a girl straight out of high school and putting her in college and she passes with all distinctions then she decides she want to teach...you want to teach but you got under 5y experience...we need atleast 10+y in experience there is zero point in trying to fill the gaps with younger people...this is just an example as I got no hate but the lack of sensible decisions by some are terrible

brother we need foreign teachers...we do not have the skill or resources to teach on our own...we cannot fill our gaps on our own...it will take years...they have to train before replacing when it comes to an education it's not simple packing boxes no we cannot just hire people to teach off the street ..people need to accept as south Africa we actually need foreign help more than everyone knows
