‼️EXCLUSIVE: We've Got The SCOOP On Erika Kirk’s “Emotional Breakdown” In The COURTROOM Today — What The Cameras Missed😭
Our Courtroom insider @Billiewebbb just gave us the real tea from the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing.
According to Billie, toward the end of the day — right as the judge was deciding whether to seal Lance Twiggs’ testimony fro jvbeing viewed by the public — Erika Kirk suddenly started putting on a very dramatic crying performance.
She was shaking, dabbing her eyes with a tissue, and hugging the woman next to her so hard that even Charlie’s mom came over to comfort her. Billie said it looked exactly like her sad videos… only this time it was happening live in court.
This was after @MrsErikaKirk's own lawyer had just gone on record arguing for transparency and against sealing the testimony from the public. But when it looked like the judge might not rule her way, the waterworks started.
That woman is so performative, I think her crocodile tears were just to try to get the judge to rule the way she wanted. Emotional blackmail maxing.
This is getting ridiculous.

BREAKING TYLER ROBINSON TWIST: Why did Robinson's friend, Mike Mitchell, have to give a 2nd sworn statement on 3/31/2026? Was it because Sheriff Brooksby's abrupt resignation was announced 3/29 after trumped-up sexual harassment allegations that mysteriously disappeared? Why is Mitchell's statement redacted? And why doesn't Brian Davis's testimony from today match the original booking sheet from September 11th? WHAT'S GOING On? Theories? Thoughts? Comments?

@bennyjohnson
the July 7 hearing (including reports referencing the specific surveillance videos played).
Prosecutors and witnesses (e.g., Agent David Hull) described footage showing:
• A person (identified as Robinson) accessing the roof.
• Running/crouching and lying prone near the corner with a sightline to Kirk.
• Running back across the roof after the shot, jumping down (carrying something), and fleeing.
👉🏻 However, there is no public or court-described footage capturing the moment of the actual gunshot from the roof itself.
👉🏻 The state has acknowledged this in court — the video shows positioning and post-shot movements, but not the firing. An enhanced/zoomed version of the prone positioning was not released publicly.
At @ 17:17 (🤔), Benny (🤥) says prosecutors “have the footage of the actual shot.”
Are things getting a little rough, Benny, that you’re using clickbait?
Your conclusive “Gotcha” moment—relying on movements and timing from a low-resolution, poorly timed video—should concern anyone seated at the defense table.
👉🏻 Videos from bystanders/TPUSA cameras were shown in court but don’t show the shooter on roof taking the shot
