@SarahsGarden12 @NeilBrocken Yes I found podcasts really helped particularly oddball ones with humour as you forgot the sadness for an hour or so. It's very true what they say about the loss not diminishing but your life growing larger so the grief is a smaller part of your life?

@NeilBrocken @unbridledflame Neil I was the same for a year after my wife died but slowly you find things improve. Think of it like a fire that has almost gone out and by putting some kindling on and a bit of encouragement the flames will start again. Just start with small things. Chin up my friend 😊
