امرأة امريكية تدعى ميلورا (29 عام) كانت نائمة داخل منزلها في لوس انجلوس واستيقضت على صوت غريب، نظرت من النافذه فوجدت رجل يحاول اقتحام منزلها

أدركت ميلورا أن الرجل سيدخل، فهربت من نافذة الطابق الثاني إلى سطح المنزل، وأخذت هاتفها للاتصال بالشرطة واختبأت وهي مرعوبة اسفل حافة بارزة، المرعب انه لحقها للسطح وهو يبحث عنها وفي يده اداه وهنا التقطت هذه الصورة التي انتشرت عالميا

وصلت الشرطة وتمكنوا بالتعاون مع رجال الاطفاء من انزالها وتم القبض على الرجل الذي يدعى كريستيان هيكس

لكن هنا يبدأ الشي الغريب والمزعج:

في صباح نفس اليوم اوقفته الشرطة بعد ان اقتحم فناء منزل واطلقوا سراحه وبعدها اتجه لميلورا

حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات وتم الافراج عنه وقبض عليه مرة اخرى في عام 2018 بتهم سطو وتحرش، وحُكم عليه بالحبس أقل من سنة. قبض عليه عام 2021 في تهمه خطف واغتصاب واخيرا عام 2023 تم الحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة 37 سنة

كل ما حدث اخفاقات وخلل كبير في النظام و القضاء، كيف شخص خطير مثل هذا يتم اعطاءه كل هذه الفرص؟

Five suspected gang members have been arrested following the fatal shooting of two men, aged 23 and 37, in Military Road, Steenberg, on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the victims were shot at about 12:30. The suspects allegedly fled in a red VW Polo, prompting a high-speed chase.

The suspects abandoned the Polo in Kirstenhof before allegedly hijacking a white Toyota RunX. Police intercepted the vehicle shortly afterwards and recovered two assault rifles.

The five suspects, aged between 27 and 40, are expected to appear in the Wynberg Magistrate’s Court once charged.

21-year-old Akhanya Makeleni has been sentenced to 160 years in prison after pleading guilty to 24 counts related to the sexual abuse of young children between 2023 and 2025.

The three victims, aged between 10 and 12, were related to him. Makeleni admitted to showing them the victims' explicit images, raping them, and threatening to kill them if they disclosed what was happening. It is reported that he was also aware that he was HIV-positive.

The abuse came to light after one of the victims suffered a painful, swollen abdomen and confided in her aunt, prompting the other children to disclose the abuse.

The Court Ruling: Judge Nozuko Mjali rejected his attempt to blame the abuse on substance use, described him as a serial rapist and sexual predator, and welcomed the prosecution by State Advocate Tanduxolo Soga, as announced by the National Prosecuting Authority.
