English translation says fluid comes from the backbone and rib.
Why do they translate water to fluid?
Water is only H2O, but fluid could be any liquid, plus water.
Why does translation need to correct el-lah.

It is funny how they translate وَجَدَهَا to appeared. That changes the whole meaning. from actual to metaphor.
