@Verizon sorry to tweet, but i was told that standard activation fees (that are industry standard) could not be waved. I have been a customer since July (ish) 2001. I have 3 lines and use 1 very little. I am just asking for a free activation once every 3 years in return

@AskBarclaysUS dont tell me to manage my fraudulent charges online where there is no option to say my charges are fraudulent via the app.
I answered the text message saying my charges 2500 miles away were fraudulent. But still was charged with almost no recourse. Still billed
