If you’re new to crypto and this will be your first “cycle” here’s some pieces of advice from someone who’s been through many: Don’t loan ANYONE Don’t invest in illiquid presales Don’t ever do OTC deals There’s no “culture” so stop being a martyr nobody will care in 2 weeks Take profits Be able to give up on trade ideas, no sunken cost fallacy You will be wrong far more often than right and you have to accept it NEVER invest in friends JUST BECAUSE they’re friends, if you genuinely like their stuff fine if not ignore, in both cases don’t tell them and say gl Be like water, be adaptable, be able to switch your focus and pivot if your thesis is invalidated Try to figure out who’s larping and who isn’t, much easier to paper trade, much harder to out your money where your mouth is You’re only as good as your last “call”, this applies more to big accounts, end of the day you’re forgiven everything as long as you eventually print people money some way some how, even ansem/murad/unipcs etc have shilled some coin created massive candles just to never mention it again, that’s why you should also ignore others opinion and form your own Never DOXX, altough I’m doxxed I think it’s the dumbest thing ever, nobody should care what you look like, I also do believe that most people doxxing actually do it to extract more instead of being more transparent Don’t tell anyone if you make crazy money, always be humble/quiet, if people ask you irl(assuming you trade crypto full time) say some dumb shit that’s realistic and won’t attract too much attention Share PnLs only if you’re undoxxed AND ONLY if you plan on gaining a following, the clout is only a negative if you’re trying to maximise profits The only thing in crypto that will never go to 0 is $BTC everything else is easily replaceable, better tech, more decentralised, more funding, funnier meme, etc etc etc

📝 خلاصة حكم التداول في الأسواق المالية 📌 مفهوم التداول شرعاً: التداول في أصله هو التجارة (بيع وشراء)، ولا يُحكم عليه بالحل أو الحرمة بالمطلق، بل يُنظر إلى تحقق الشروط الشرعية فيه. ⚖️ القاعدة الشرعية (الضابط الأساسي): يجب في التجارة حصول القبض للأصل، امتثالاً لحديث النبي ﷺ: "لا تبع ما ليس عندك"، وحديث: "فإذا اختلفت فبيعوا كيف شئتم، ولكن يداً بيد". فإذا كان المبيع من الأجناس الربوية (ذهب، فضة، عملات ورقية أو رقمية) وجب التقابض الفوري في نفس المجلس. 🚫 أولاً: التداول المحرم (الأسواق الممنوعة): كل سوق لا يتم فيه تداول حقيقي للأصل يعتبر محرماً، ويشمل: أسواق المشتقات المالية (Derivatives): الفوركس (Forex). العقود الآجلة (Futures). الخيارات الثنائية (Binary Options). علة التحريم: عدم تملك الأصل الحقيقي (بيع ما لا تملك). أنها عبارة عن عقود قمار ومراهنة على صعود السعر أو هبوطه. وجود الرافعة المالية التي تزيد الطين بلة وتدخل في الربا. ✅ ثانياً: التداول الجائز (بضوابطه): 1️⃣ تداول العملات الرقمية (الكريبتو): الشرط: أن يكون في سوق السبوت (Spot) فقط عبر المنصات المعروفة. العلة: لأن التملك والتقابض فيه يكون فورياً (يدخل في المحفظة الخاصة)، وهو ما يحقق شرط "يداً بيد". ملاحظة: يجب أن يكون مشروع العملة نفسها مباحاً. 2️⃣ تداول الأسهم الحقيقية: شراء أسهم الشركات الحقيقية المباحة نشاطاً ومالاً. تنبيه هام: يرى المتحدث حرمة الأسهم المختلطة (التي فيها ديون ربوية وإن كانت قليلة)، ويشترط أن تكون الأسهم نقية تماماً، خلافاً لمن أجاز المختلطة. 📢 الخلاصة: المعيار الفاصل هو الامتلاك الحقيقي والتقابض الفوري، والابتعاد عن عقود القمار والربا. #تداول #فقه_البيوع #كريبتو #أسهم #فتاوى_مالية
