I would like to introduce a phrase of "Toxic Positivity".

It is something which is ruining and slowing down innovation and makes everything feel "meh"...

What's that you ask? Well, do you happen to know a person (even here on X) who will NEVER say anything negative? Each tech release is AMAZING, each software drop is INTERESTING. Each interaction is VAUGE without actual opinion?

Yes, that's a type of nothingburger toxic positivity.

As an entrepreneur I would rather hear real direct feedback to my product (even if its bad, and trust me I hear A LOT of that haha 😆) then this positive slop.

That doesn't mean I would agree with everything but I need to hear it. I might even confront it, but I still analyze it. Think about it.

Also this doesn't mean that we need to be toxicly negative. We just need to be real.

Stop being toxicly positive, start being REAL. It's OK to disagree with each other. It's ok to debate. It's OK to be Genuine.
