@MercedesBenzUK I appreciate you are telling me you are limited but I want everyone to know how terrible our experience has been as it’s beyond acceptable
@MercedesBenzUK We are calling or emailing them pretty much every day and the comment is always the same that they are looking into it. Any advice we have been given is the same as we were given a month ago because no one reads the notes. So so painful

@MercedesBenzUK It means nothing - still no action. Still waiting “rest assured you are being prioritised” there is zero priority. You have sat on this for months

I will never ever buy a @MercedesBenzUK ever again. Their customer service is THE worst I’ve ever experienced. “We don’t know what’s wrong with your car.” “No you can’t have a courtesy car to get your kids to school and go to work.” Weeks and counting…
