@ShanSchmidt13@GraceED634@DrKCarlson I couldn’t agree more Shannon! I thought all leaders had to have the same skills to excel and this just showed that it’s our uniqueness that helps us excel! #Ed634
@DrKCarlson A4: I think it helps me pinpoint what I can use in my own strengths to continue to excel in my career and my relationships with others. I think that they are the pieces that I can come back to and use, especially the How to Make and Impact lists in my standout assessment. #Ed634
@DrKCarlson I think it gives me the next steps and what exactly I can do in relationships with others in the workplace and help me move up in my career!
@DrKCarlson A3: I felt as though the standout assessment was eye opening but at the same time, made so much sense. I was reading my results to people around me and all they could say was “wow that is so you” I think it's really nice to have an assessment to tell me exactly how I can excel.
@DrKCarlson I believe that building strengths will help you build you as a leader. When you know what you excel in, it’s easier to push yourself to improve even more in those areas in the workplace. #ED634
@DrKCarlson Standout assessment quotes, “Our strengths give us a comparative advantage that will prove to help you build success and accelerate the process. They give you an edge in your position.” People around you will see your strengths as an asset to the school! #ED634
