Strive to be that CHANGE AGENT who will POUR INTO our students to where they will eventually POUR OUT into our communities as productive citizens. #alldayeveryday #hardworkpaysoff #wacoisd

@Raiders The outsiders will never know the inside story and it's quite surprising what actually was discussed #sipstea

Miss Sax will always be my favorite teacher and for the past 6 years we've been colleagues of Waco ISD as leaders....teachers truly make a difference in the lives of students. She is literally a part of the Johnson family. #AllDayEveryDay #HardWorkPaysOff #WacoISD

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

Mr. Spencer Conley truly poured into my fellow leaders of my district- The Waco ISD. He spoke with extreme enthusiasm and passion that I truly love when being a professional athlete's sister. "Leadership is based on two principles- accountability and responsibility" #wacoisd

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

Phenomenal motivational speak...The Mr. Inky Johnson "People don't get burned out doing what they do. They get burned out forgetting why they do what they do. " #wacoisd #alldayeveryday. I am committed to be that superhero, that change agent.

@aMac6Texas Seal the lips of doubters and push forward with confidence. Troubleshoot strategically, be a lifelong learner. It's your season

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

Never rush your time, know when you need to grow. Sometimes others around us influence immature decisions. Step back and evaluate more.

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

@aMac6Texas So true my brotha! It takes twice more facial muscles to frown rather than smile. Get lazy and smile.

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

Parents must realize that your child is your most important student. Be careful what you teach them because it might take years to rectify.

[dj56bigsis @MrsDaphanie]

@IAmSteveHarvey I think we as parents cater to each of our children in a different way that's unique to their personality.
