On-going feedback(formative assessments), if used, can provide a teacher more insight into their student progress. They are a good tool to use when making decisions about which effective instructional strategies to use

@ERobbPrincipal Standardized assessment shows us how students clicked on a particular day. Our job as educators is to use as much authentic assessment as is realistic so that we don’t need to rely solely on “standardized data” when making instructional decisions in our schools.
