Please help me repost this so I can get my funds out of Gate, also please tag them as well.

I recently created an account on @Gate and funded it for the first time through P2P. After making a withdrawal to an external wallet, my account suddenly became unverified, even though my KYC had already been approved. This has caused me a lot of frustration.

I completed the KYC process again by uploading my ID. It was approved, then later rejected. I repeated the process a third time, again it was approved, and within hours it was rejected once more. Eventually, my account was permanently closed.

I've been in contact with customer support for over 28 hours, providing everything they requested: proof of the source of my funds, supporting documents, certified documents, and multiple verification videos. Despite all of this, they now claim that my ID is no longer supported.

If my ID wasn't supported, why was my KYC approved in the first place and why was I allowed to deposit funds?

At this point, I'm not asking for my account to be reactivated or reverified. I've already requested that my assets be transferred to my external wallet and that the account be permanently closed.

All I want is access to my own funds.

Please help me by reposting this and tagging anyone who can help escalate this issue. I would really appreciate your support.
