St. Ignatius School will be on a 2 HOUR DELAY, Friday, December 12, 2025. Northwest, 3 Rivers, and Oak Hills buses will be running on a 2 hour delay, BUT CPS buses will NOT be running at all (CPS will be closed). There will be NO AM Preschool. Morning care will still operate.
A crisp morning set the stage for a fantastic 1st day of school! Principal Mrs Heisel greeted students with smiles & cheerful energy, creating a welcoming start to the year. Our students are excited & eager to learn. Here’s to a great year!

💛 Congratulations to Payton for receiving the @afpcincy Cincinnati Youth in Philanthropy Award! 🍋
It was a beautiful ceremony celebrating the impactful work that Payton has done through @PaytonsLemonade.
A wonderful luncheon at Music Hall for National Philanthropy Day for @afpcincy. So proud of Payton who received “Outstanding Youth in Philanthropy.” So many amazing people in this room who dedicate their lives to helping others. Very inspiring! @PaytonsLemonade@StIgnatiusCincy
Welcome to @CityOfCincy! Principal @MrsHeisel as the Tyler Davidson Fountain and Assistant Princial Meyer as Cincinnatus himself! @Local12@WCPO@WLWT St. Ignatius School knows how to celebrate Halloween!
Empower students by giving them the choice to refocus through action—turning moments of fidgetiness into opportunities for self-regulation. The first time or two it was a little disruptive but then it became a natural part of our routine.
