Soo this auto driver took a different route and demanded extra even cash even though I told him multiple times to take the map route and I won't pay extra and in the middle of ride he turned on his auto meter and threatened me

@AmazonHelp Soura is saying that the Escalation desk will not accept my call the reason according to them they've given me the solution with whom I'm not satisfied so they're lazy and no answering the call according to the agent and the agent will not try to connect again.
@AmazonHelp according to Rohit he won't transfer to the escalation desk because he's last pov right now and he didn't follow the hold procedure so it's ZTP call and he confessed on recorded call as well and the ED said they won't pick the call as they don't want to do the job
