@DeputyGrocott Please may you share the PowerPoint? I am hoping to run a staff meeting on using tech in teaching and this would be a great resource- thank you! :)
It’s day 1 of #EduAdvent! A fantastic giveaway every day through advent! Today the awesome @BluecowE kick things off with a Fortnum and Mason Bellini box. Just ‘Like’, ‘repost’ and give @BluecowE a follow to enter! Winner announced this evening!
@CRY_UK Hi there,
I completed the form online last week about a fundraiser I am doing but haven’t heard anything back.
Happy to be messaged on here!
Many thanks
@_MrLevick I agree. But I think what I read was discussing the day-to-day routines/challenges of the jobs, not the risks of making mistakes on the job.
@_MrLevick I’ve actually read this somewhere that teaching is harder than surgery. reason given was that surgery = routine procedures and surgeons can develop muscle memory to complete tasks/surgeries whereas teachers have to face unique situations constantly and make split-second decisions
@MulhernC Digital planner using Onenote can be great! Same overview as a paper diary. I scan in any handouts at meetings rather than take paper copies. But something feels great about having a new paper diary and setting it all up! We use outlook shared calendar as a school.
Please continue to #SupportTheStrikes no matter what the media, government, press puts out. We're fighting for a better standard of living not only for ourselves but for your children and grandchildren. They deserve more. If nothing else, do it for Ravi.
Does anyone out there follow the White Rose Maths scheme of work and deliver it to a year 1/2 split class? Would love to hear any best practise/logistics tips from you 😊 Thanks in advance! #edutwitter#whiterosemaths
@Mr_SPrimary@MrTs_NQTs When I was training I used to say ‘can you [do x] please?’ now I say ‘I need you to [do x], thank you’. Simple change but it made a real difference for me!
