@FRfestivals how do you go about getting disabled tickets. We have bought our tickets as no option for disabled. And emailed with no response in over a month. Pleased advise.

@haven No they weren’t allowed anywhere. Which needs to be clearer as all we could do was sit at our caravan.

@haven But you also can’t take dogs anywhere on site. Even the pub garden. I wish I knew this before booking. And we won’t bother again now. First and last haven trip.

@NOWTV actually that’s £20 you’ve stollen! I signed up to watch beetlejuice which you then didn’t actually have then I cancelled 4 days later which vanished and low and behold you took the money then you took money for boost which I never even signed up for. This is disgusting!

@johnlewishelp thanks a lot for not delivering our dryer yesterday which has now cost us our weekend and a days money. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Pay for next day and get offered 5 days later. Never again will I put my faith in John Lewis.

@Forthglade can you tell me how much to feed a 4 month old 9kg labradoodle. He’s been on your food for a week giving 2x trays and he’s getting a belly on him. But your info says he should even be having more.

@Forthglade Ok but how much do you recommend as I’m using your brand? I’m really not sure and I don’t want to take him to the vet to ask how much to feed him. I was also told they tell you to ask the brand of food you are using.
Please recommend the correct amount.

@Forthglade Well we are not sure as he’s adopted but worked it out to be about 30kg if he’s 9kg at 4months.
