We had a party this afternoon to celebrate Daniel and Saleh’s birthday. Thank you to Daniel’s parents for supplying balloons, treats and a cake.

We had a great trip to @Morrisons this morning to buy all the things on our shopping list to make cobs. We also collected a tin for harvest. When we got back, we made the yummy cobs. @WhitegateSch @MissHillmanWG

Class 2 look fabulous, dressed in yellow for #WorldMentalHealthDay2024 . We read the book ‘Ruby’s Worry’ and talked about who we could talk to if we had a worry. @WhitegateSch

We listened to 3 different pieces of classical music and talked about the way that they made us feel. Then we moved our bodies to show that. The children liked the happy and calm pieces of music the most. @WhitegateSch @MissAHawthorne

We really enjoyed music day in Class 2. Firstly, we listened to the sounds that different instruments made and played to the beat of the music. @WhitegateSch @MissAHawthorne

The children had an excellent maths session today exploring the number 5. They found out so many ways to organise their 5 multi link cubes. Well done Class 2. @WhitegateSch

Class 2 had an excellent walk around Clifton this morning looking for people who help us in our local area. They all behaved beautifully and made the adults incredibly proud. ⭐️⭐️ @WhitegateSch

It’s time for our teddy bear treat. We enjoyed a picnic and explore in the woods and had some party games. The teddies (and children) have had a great time. @WhitegateSch
