I can categorically confirm that no case of harassment was found, despite the chiefs best attempts. No warning was issued. Perhaps if said chief focused on running the fire service instead of self-promoting then things might improve, but I doubt it.

When I was working, I gave my job my full attention every single day.
I certainly had no time for secondary employment such as researching, writing, publishing & promoting a book.
FRS staff (& community) deserve to have a fully focused, dedicated leader at all times.
