Worrying is a sign of uncertainty: you're anxious about what might go wrong.
Thinking can help you tolerate uncertainty, but it's action that reduces uncertainty.

Good morning! This week seek out the people who lift you up! Those who make you feel seen and heard. The people who make you laugh and fill you with joy. Those who will hold you accountable, who will make you think, and elevate you. Seek out these people. Have a great day! ๐
@MrNunesteach 1. The positive increase in the ability to collaborate across buildings now more than ever, thanks to virtual meetings. 2. Making a mindful choice to extend grace to myself, my students, and my colleagues every day.

Smartest thing I heard from a supt recently:
As part of reopening planning, arrange a simulated school day (or even 1/2 day) for key stakeholders (supt, bd, union pres, etc) to "attend" school under draft plan.
From bus to class to bathroom, walk in their shoes b4 deciding.
