Here we are… June 9…. And my money is still not in my account. So… I’m now taking it to social media and asking @WellsFargo to fix this insanity once and for all. Your move….

Go to a @WellsFargo branch, ask them to send a copy of my ID to whatever department and they look completely confused. Asked me I got a fax number. Uhhh no… was told just to go to a branch and they could do it.

She yells at me and hangs up on me. Great customer service you got there @WellsFargo She then calls me back telling me to fax a copy of my ID to her. Uhhhh… how? She tells me to go to a branch and have them do it. Hangs up on me again….

I get visibly frustrated with her and explain that the incompetence at @WellsFargo is off the charts if anyone can walk in with a stolen card and ID and somehow clean out my account. I ask if this means I won’t get my money back…

She scolds me for not having my ID uploaded in the system and of course someone can use my card because the tellers at @WellsFargo wouldn’t know if it’s me or not. We set up the account online… how were we to know we needed to upload our ID?

We contact @WellsFargo about the fraudulent withdrawal… they set up a case. We hear nothing. Radio silent. I push forward with the claim and finally get a call from someone nearly a week later….. she’s a peach I tell y

May 20th, the suspect that stole my purse proceeds to walk into a @WellsFargo branch with my stolen card and ID and proceeds to withdraw money from my account. How?? I have no clue.

My purse was stolen on May 12. In it we’re all my bank cards, including my debit card linked to our business account. Husband called @WellsFargo to cancel the cards. Told it was done…. Oh how we were mistaken
