4. Custodians who clean baseboards
& take the time to talk to students

We hire teachers based on their strengths but then we manage them based on their weaknesses. This is a morale buster. Leaders, help them develop those strengths this new school year and watch them do amazing things!

WAYS TO IMPROVE Education

1 Stop viewing our kids as numbers

2 Less standardized testing

3 Provide actual & appropriate consequences for students to learn from

4 Provide more supports

5 Provide teachers more prep time

6 Smaller class sizes

7 Increase teacher salaries

Every single school should be working to figure out how to double plan time for teachers.

The US requires more instructional minutes from teachers than almost any other country in the world (Argentina and Chile are the only two higher than us).
