@UPSHelp once again horrendous customer service!! Diverted my delivery to the local drop off point to receive an email tonight that its not going to be delivered until monday! After i called this morning to make sure everything was ok because the app is also appalling!!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with @curryspcworld Today!! Due to have our oven delivered and fitted between 8 and 12 today. 4pm nothing! Called to be told they're on way and now at 6pm nothing!! Customer services number now isn't working and apparently our order number doesn't exist!!!

@UPSHelp extremely disappointed after paying £10 for delivery! First of all I have been trying the wrong shop for three days as instructed! Then when I get to the correct one my parcel is sitting casually on the shop side where anybody can take it! £80 in total well spent!!!!!
