I've been crying all evening. My insurance premium with Covered California went up and I can't afford it with the amount of expenses and debt I have and now my bills aren't paid because Capital One hasn't paid me. My pay day was Wednesday. I hate it here.

@AskCapitalOne @NicoleJimez It's 4 pm on the West Coast and 7 pm on the East Coast. At the very least update your social media language to reflect that saying "throughout today" when it's EOD and when you're dealing with real people and their finances is not great.
