Outdoor Maths🎲🍃
Today we were revising our times table learn it’s through active outdoor games. We took it in turns to throw 2 beanbags into the number circles. We identified these numbers and multiplied them together. If we missed, we were challenged to multiply by 100 or 1000

We have been learning about SCIAF and the fantastic work they do to support those in need. Using this knowledge, we created information PowerPoints to share with our buddies. This has allowed the P1’s to understand the charity and know the importance of our bake sale in December.

Laudato Si - The cry of the poor

We had some fantastic discussions about poverty and the ways we can support those in need. We defined poverty and sorted items into needs/wants. This allowed us to illustrate and design a safe shelter for the “lady in the box” from our story🏠📖
