@TrueBluePSU7 @cappello_casey Finding the right motivation for each student is key. We all are motivated by something. For some students it may take longer than we have with them as teachers, but we still must help thsm grow wherever they are in that journey.

@chadrunkle17 I think we need to have a balance of classics and current novels, books etc. I think one can often lead to an interest in another, and readers can broaden their reading choices.

@Curzi_Learners Yes!! I try to meet with students to get to know them, their interests, etc, so I can help them grow individually and pair them with books on their level in an area of interest.

A4- I love when kids get excited about a book the are reading and want to share/give a short presentation about it...means so much to students coming from other students! Also love buddy reading with younger grades/older grades.#SynergizeEdu
