April: My fourth book of the year by one of my favourite authors. 🐺

It had a strong female lead, emotion and characters coming together to defeat evil. Wonderful!

Really struggled to find time to read in April but churned through the second half in the past few days.

It's so wonderful sharing recommendations with my class and seeing them enjoying them as much as I did.

@whatSFSaid Our school has had Varjak Paw as part of its reading spine for a few years now and it's always a firm favourite. I'm looking forward to once again sharing it this year.

I read lots of connections - I think that's probably why it didn't take me long to finish it. 😁

The characters are so strong too, it is easy to get absorbed into their world. Both books are fantastic! 😊
