If your online learning model is adding trauma to teachers, parents, and students in an already traumatic environment, then you don't have an online learning model.

It shouldn’t be up to teachers/principals/staff to say no to unrealistic expectations put on them right now. They aren’t wired that way. They’re servant hearted by nature. Its up to districts to be realistic in what they’re asking so they don’t feel like they have to say no.

Maybe if we narrow the requirements for elementary to the 3R's in times of crisis it would help parents out.

Dear Education, please don't over-complicate this situation. Let teachers offer some enrichment,encourage students to read, & check in on their students! Then let them take care of their own families, elderly parents, food shortages, etc. Don't make us look worse than politicians
