The “Dialogue Telephone” game was definitely a highlight this week! Students had to “show not tell” what could happen next in random scenarios. The challenge was adding only 1 line of dialogue before having to pass the scenario on to the next person.✍🏾@CabinBranchRS #CKLA #ELA

Our mindfulness Den Meeting today was SO needed & perfect for a rainy day. Students colored a Zendoodle bookmark for Read Across America week while listening to mindfulness music.

1st day back from maternity leave was spent getting to know my students. In small groups they wrote one commonality they had on an index card. Those index cards were used to build (tall) structures without other materials. 🤩 #socialstudies #stem #collaboration

Maternity leave with this sweet girl has come to an end. It’s now time to plan lessons, meet my new group of 5th graders, and get back into a routine. I’ve got this! ☺️
