Jen McCabe testified that the reason she didn’t go inside 34 Fairview the morning of January 29th to check on her family was because at that moment, she knew John O’Keefe was hit by a car because Karen Read said so AND there was taillight all over the place.

Hank Brennan did say in his opening that taillight pieces were “littered” around the area where O’Keefe’s body was found.

But the Canton PD was too stupid to find it. The MSP SERT team only found three pieces, somehow missing 44 pieces littered around the body. None of the first responders saw it as they were down on the ground in the shards and shards of taillight.

But Jen McCabe saw it.

Remember - Jennifer McCabe is not on trial. Karen Read is. So what were examples of reasonable doubt of Karen Read's guilt established Wednesday?

1. Jen said she was constantly looking out the window but didn't see or hear a car crash.
2. Jen drove by where John O'Keefe's body supposedly was and didn't see a body.
3. Jen didn't see Chloe or wake her up, which she most certainly would've if Chloe was still there. This creates reasonable doubt that Chloe was inside the house, and lends credibility to the idea that it was because Chloe bit John.
4. Jen testified in front of the grand jury that Karen Read never said "I hit him."
5. Alan Jackson highlighted that Jen McCabe's story has evolved over time, which casts doubt on her credibility.

The FBI stuff was obviously the most interesting stuff that came out of the testimony, but that goes more to her guilt, not Karen Read's.

Jennifer McCabe talking to Nicole Albert on the phone at 5:07 is a game changer. It means that:

1. Brian and Nicole were awake at 5:07, and were alerted that John O'Keefe was missing, so their story about being asleep is a lie.
2. Jennifer McCabe attempted to delay Karen Read from returning to 34 Fairview by telling her to come to her house, and then going back to 1 Meadows Ave.
3. Jennifer McCabe told Karen Read that she called Nicole Albert, who told her that John wasn't there. This was designed to delay Karen from returning to Brian Albert's house, possibly because his body was not on the lawn yet. He did not die from hypothermia.
