NEW: James Harden arrested in Texas for unlawful carrying of a weapon after police found a handgun in plain sight inside his vehicle.

According to arrest records, Harden was caught with a handgun inside his vehicle. Police say the gun was in plain sight and not secured in a holster.

The charge is a misdemeanor. Harden was released on bond and has a court date scheduled for June 22.

His bond conditions include a ban on possessing any firearms, ammunition, alcohol, or drugs, and he must submit to random urinalysis.

Just in case anyone thought that the Biden-eqsue crackdowns were over, literally nothing has changed at most federal agencies and the tyranny has continued as before.

It's just harder to call out now, because nobody wants to hear about tyranny when their guy is in charge.
