@aegeanairlines But i flew on Aegean Airlines. Wont i have to claim points on Aegean airlines website even though i want to receive points on a star alliance partner airline : Air india.
@airindia After 67 days & submission of video evidence, the issue was acknowledged, yet the final resolution offered remains ₹5,000.
I expected a quicker and more proportionate resolution, considering the premium fare paid for FC, & this does not reflect the standards of the experience.

Video evidence was submitted and the issue acknowledged, yet compensation has been capped at ₹5,000 citing policy.
Is this reflective of the standard expected in a premium cabin?

@airindia confirmed on Jan 26 that my First Class complaint (AI187, DEL–YYZ) was under review, yet I’m still receiving unclear automated emails instead of a meaningful update.

@airindia I took a flight today from Toronto-Delhi, and have some complain regarding my in flight experience. Upon trying to register the complaint on the feedback option via website, i keep getting prompted to enter the OTP sent to my registered email, but its not going through.
