@PassportIRL Hi - I've had a 1st time application rejected. Docs have been returned to me but my credit card expired during this time, thus the fee refund has not. Resubmission link has been requested: can the fee apply to the reapplication?
@TicketmasterCS and now the event has passed. I could not have got through the door because you did not send me the ticket. Can you get on top of this and issue a refund, and send proof of doing so.
@TicketmasterCS re: order #40-37115/UK1. The event is tomorrow: mobile ticket isn't showing in My Account online or on app. Multiple emails saying 'we will get back to you'. I need to give the ticket to someone either digitally or physically today. Please contact me.
