Trying to help someone with mental health difficulties and they keep pushing you away. It's so sad that I just can't help them anymore. It's been an awful few days!

We need to stop telling men:

- to “man up”
- to “be a man”
- that “boys don’t cry”
- that they need to be strong
- that showing emotion is wrong
- that they are weak for struggling

Men live with mental illness/struggle with their mental health

All the children's books I see people reading on here and not once have I seen anyone talk about @chrisriddell50 Ottoline and the Yellow Cat. I've used it for the last two years in Y3 and got the best work all year from my classes.
