History is made at BCMS! The honors band had the opportunity to compete with the best bands in the state at the North Texas Festival of Distinction. Not only were they awarded superior ratings, but they also were named runners up in the competition! @Deemchamp @jaredpeters23

What a week! The beginner band had their first ever band festival at NRH2O! Not only did they receive the highest possible ratings but were also named outstanding beginner band of the day! Proud is an understatement! @jaredpeters23 @Deemchamp @BessieColemanMS @cedarhillisd

What’s going on in the band hall today?!? Just 70 of the coolest kids on campus preparing for their beginner festival on Tuesday! These kids don’t sound like beginners. Rehearsal #2 next week. Go Band!

BCMS hosted our FIRST EVER ensemble contest last night. Over 80 students prepared music in small groups to be played for a judge. They represented themselves and BCMS extremely well! They earned this spring break! @jaredpeters23 @Deemchamp @BessieColemanMS @cedarhillisd
