Railway ministry is not handling situation very well. And his team is not learning from past failure of Mahakubh as well. Charging 30 Percent more fare than regular trains. Still delaying too much.

I have boarded train no:03517. And it was on right time when I boarded in durgapur. It should be reached asansol on 3:05 pm. I need to catch train no 13509 for Chhapra Junction. I don't want to miss Chhat festival. So my request to @RailMinIndia pls hold train till i reach.
