📺 $TSLA NEARS THE BREAKOUT — $392.09 NEXT?

#Tesla ran with the broader market yesterday, gaining 3% to close at $375.30, and is trading higher today.

That puts TSLA within striking distance of the next key breakout pivot at $379.54.

The short-term setup has clearly improved.

A push or open above $379.54 could put $392.09 within reach, potentially within a day or two.

If #TSLA closes above $379.54, the opportunity for an immediate retest of $363.37 largely disappears and momentum should favor a move toward $392.09.

But $392.09 is where the bigger test begins.

$392.09 marks the bottom of a major long-term resistance zone extending to $406.07. Despite the recent strength, we remain long-term bearish while TSLA stays below this zone.

So there are two very different timeframes at work:
– Short term: momentum is improving, and a breakout above $379.54 could target $392.09.
– Long term: $392.09–$406.07 remains major resistance and could contain the rally.

If TSLA fails to clear $379.54, it could ease back toward $363.37. That alone wouldn't destroy the improving setup.

However, a daily close below $363.37 would trigger a more meaningful bearish signal and potentially open the door to $339.68–$345.64 by the end of next week or sooner.

The biggest level remains $406.07.

Even a rally through $392.09 would not fully reverse the long-term bearish structure. TSLA would simply be entering the major $392.09–$406.07 resistance zone.

A daily close above $406.07, however, would change the long-term picture entirely. That would invalidate the bearish setup and trigger a long-term buy signal, with the potential for TSLA to reach the $540s–$550s over the following six months.

But we are not near that right now.

Until that happens, the longer-term bearish thesis remains intact, including the possibility of eventually reaching $229.02 channel support within six months.

For today, the roadmap is straightforward:
– Above $379.54 → $392.09 comes into play
– Below $379.54 → watch $363.37
– Close below $363.37 → $339.68–$345.64 becomes the downside target zone
– Above $392.09 → TSLA enters major long-term resistance
– Close above $406.07 → long-term structure flips bullish

After yesterday's 3% rally, TSLA isn't just testing the setup anymore. It's now sitting just beneath the level that could unlock the next leg toward $392.09.

The main question today: can buyers finally clear $379.54?
